Marketing and Document Assistant
May 2022 to Present

At The Pension Specialists, Ltd., I oversaw the marketing campaigns for the company. This included managing their Facebook company page and sending out mass emails to over 1,500 clients through Constant Contact weekly. Through this marketing opportunity, I was able to become proficient in Constant Contact and create the company’s emails regularly. Along with assisting in parts of the marketing department, I was tasked with obtaining new documents from all 1,500 clients. During this project, I gained new skills in customer service, technical support, and learned the industry specific management software.

E-commerce and Event Associate
April 2023 to Present

At Vinik Sports Group, I work in both the Tampa Bay Lightning’s e-commerce department and in the events department for shows and concerts. In the e-commerce department, I am tasked with managing the inventory for online items, handling and shipping orders through Shopify, and occasionally sitting in for buyer’s meetings. Buyer’s meetings are meetings held on what product the Tampa Bay Lightning should buy for consumers. Orders can range from as low as 20 to as much as 1,800 depending on sales. For concerts, I am tasked with counting in hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of merchandise, strategically creating the display, and checking sale numbers throughout the night.

TikTok Experience
April 2021 to Present

Through TikTok, I gained personal experience by going viral multiple times through promoting my old job at American Eagle Outfitters. My first viral video reached 5.9 million views and 906,000 likes. Other engagement for that video included 5,500 shares, 52,000 saves, and 2,190 comments. From that video, I was able to continue a series of TikToks that went viral as well. Between these 10 extra videos I created, each ranged from 12,000 to 300,000 views per video. Since those series of TikToks, I gained 13,500 followers. Outside of the American Eagle videos, I have gone viral 10 other times with videos ranging from 11,000 views to 1.7 million views.
